Enter a todo task

This chapter will explain how to enter todo tasks in your OXFORD EASYBOOK M³ TASKMANAGER.

Enter a todo task on the EASYBOOK M³ TASKMANAGER notebook

1. Open your EASYBOOK M³ TASKMANAGER notepad on the desired page.
2. Write the due date for the task in the DATE margin (DD/MM).
   Note : a due date is either the today's date or a future date.
   

   Note If you haven't entered a due date, DENOS will have two options to set the date for the task : Option 1 The default due date will be the one entered for the previous task in the list. In the above example, if no date is entered for the third task, the due date will be the one of the previous item in the list, i.e. the 01/04. This function is very useful when you need to list several tasks with the same due date. You only need then to enter the due date for the first item. Option 2 The default due date will be the synchronisation date if the task is the first item of the list or if no date has been entered previously on the current page.

   
   
3. Write the task description in the list area on a free numbered line.
   Note : You can write the task information in any order (due date then description text, description text then due date).
4. Put the pen into the synchronisation docking stand to transfer data into the PC. Transfer starts automatically.
5. Notes are synchronised automatically with DENOS and also with Microsoft Outlook or Lotus Notes (default setting).
   Note : The first synchronisation may last longer than following ones due to the time needed to initialise  the pen driver .
6. Once synchronisation is complete, your tasks are saved and organized in the TASKMANAGER application of DENOS.
