Save folders
To save folders click on Options in menu bar, then click on Save folders.

| | • If you tick All folders box, all the folders will be saved; This box lets tick or untick all folders in the table list at once. |
| | • In the table list, tick off all folders you want to archive. |
| | • In the field called 'Location and name of the zip file to be restored' is the archive file in which data will be saved; click on Browse button to change it for another file. |
| | • If you tick off the E-mail zip file box, you will be able to send the zip file of save data via e-mail; This is very usefull if you wish to share your DENOS documents with another user. |
| | • If you tick off the Delete Folders box, all save folders will be deleted from DENOS database : This will be then an archive. |
