You can set up automatic purging for task and appointment data. This process lets you delete old tasks and appointments that you don't want to see anymore …
To launch data purging, click on Options in menu bar, then click on User preferences and select Data purging tab.



	• If you want to run automatic data purging, tick off the box 'Launch data purging every' and set up periodicity.
	• If you want to view a message warning you that a data purging is about to start, tick off the box 'Ask for confirmation of data purging'. In that case, you will see the following message each time a data purging is about to start.

	• If you want your old completed tasks to be deleted by data purging too, tick off the box 'Delete completed tasks that are dated over' and set up the limited date. You can chose your preferred time unit (day, week or month).
	• If you want your old non completed tasks to be deleted by data purging too, tick off the box 'Delete non completed tasks that are dated over' and set up the limited date.
	• If you want your old appointments to be deleted by data purging too, tick off the box 'Delete appointments that are dated over' and set up the limited date.
	• Click on Launch button to start data purging at once.
