To call up the action summary, click on the button in the toolbar or choose Action summary from the Display.

This function also lets you display the actions that you have defined in your books: appointments, tasks, contacts,emails, Word documents, Excel documents, drawings, notes and YellowNotes.

If you select a page from the left hand part of the screen, you will see the list of actionsfor this page displayed.
If you select a folder from the left hand part of the screen, you will see the list of actions for this folder displayed.
If you select a book from the left hand part of the screen, you will see the list of actions for this book...
To perform operations on actions, use the Context related menu

N. B. : Definitively deleting a document page will delete all of the actions for the page.
